PUL Fabric is short for is “Polyurethane Laminate Fabric” . It is a soft, flexible, and waterproof fabric. We use interlock knitted fabric as base fabric ,and then use a polyurethane film of around a millimetre thick to laminate it . So PUL is 2 layers:one is a polyester fabric and one layer of polyurethane film . Custom print pul fabric is prefer for bibs,sandwich bags,raincoats ,and so on .
